As this unprecedented crisis has disrupted most of our daily lives, Monroe Telephone Company is committed to providing the best customer service that we can in our community.

For the next 60 days Monroe Telephone Company will not disconnect,  suspend or apply any late charges for any account that goes past due.  We have opened up a wifi hotspot at our business office location at 575 Commercial St. in Monroe along the west side facing 6th St. free to use.  We are working with our local schools to provide wifi free of charge for local students to facilitate resuming schooling.

The health and well-being of our employees as well as our customers are of the utmost importance.  As a precaution we have closed our business office lobby down to foot traffic. However, our drive up window is still open, as well as our payment drop box and our staff is still onsite and available via phone or email to help you.  Our technicians are here to respond to any outages. In-home service has been restricted at this time but we will continue to provide the best service we can.
