Internet Service

Monroe Telephone Broadband Internet is all unlimited access. No data capping!

The price you pay for Internet includes furnished modem. If a wireless connection is required it will be up to the customer to purchase a wireless router.

All internet connections require an active Monroe phone connection. Prices and plans may not be available in all areas.

Telephone Service

Residential Private Line

Our Local Access Line is for one residential access line to a person’s home for non-business use. This service enables local calling in the Monroe Telephone service area. This service also includes access to long distance calling and extended area service calling. One directory listing is included.

Monroe Telephone Company EAS includes calls to Eugene, Alpine, Bellfountain, Springfield and Junction City.

• Local Residential Private Line – $11.69 per month
• Extended Area Service – $11.89 per month or $.08 per minute

Business Telephone Services

Monroe Telephone keeps you connected with telephone phone service, long distance, calling features, and more. Our services are reliable, affordable, and backed by local customer support you can depend on.

Business Private Line

• Single Line Business – $16.99

• Business Trunkhunt – $19.86

• Extended Area Service – $17.53 or $.08 per minute

Monroe Telephone Company EAS includes calls to Eugene, Springfield, Alpine, Bellfountain and Junction City.

Everyone should have access to quality, affordable telecommunications services. Oregonians at or below the current federal poverty level and on a state public assistance program may receive a reduction in their monthly bill for local residential telephone service.

Lifeline Across America is a federal program for those who require aid in affording telecommunications service. With Lifeline Across America, qualifying parties receive up to a $9.25 monthly credit on their bill.

Eligible customers will also receive a special reduction in their monthly bill as part of the Oregon Telephone Assistance Program.To obtain an application form or for more information, please call the Oregon Public Utility Commission toll free at 1.800.848.4442 or 503.373. 7171. Also, application forms are available at our office. All inquiries and applicant information will be kept strictly confidential.
